1. Services Provided

Our services consist of consulting, strategy development, and implementation of technology solutions. Due to the nature of these services, all sales are final once a service agreement has been initiated or work has begun.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If API Tech Solutions, LLC cancels a service before any work has begun.

  • If a duplicate payment is made in error.

  • If services paid for in advance are not rendered due to unforeseen circumstances initiated by API Tech Solutions, LLC.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@apitechsolutionsllc.com within 14 days of the original payment date.


3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed consulting sessions or project phases.

  • Customized deliverables, reports, or technology solutions.

  • Any third-party fees or services incurred on behalf of the client.


4. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.


5. Changes to This Policy

API Tech Solutions, LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
